Purchased a \"New in Box\" Xbox 360.

Unit was shipped a week late, when it arrived it was very poorly packed, just retail box in another box with no padding at all. When I opened it up, I saw that I recieved a used 360. Asked seller to refund either total price + shipping or to give a discount on the item. He refused and has since been banned from Ars Technica.
