Shipping was the slowest thing ever by USPS, and it WASN\'T jpersinger\'s fault! First time USPS ever had such a delay with me, but hey it happens. Justin communicated with me almost on a daily basis until I finally received the product (thank God it came in). AWESOME, AWESOME guy, and VERY professional. Thanks for a great transaction. Although it took long to get to me, you did everything appropriately and professionally. A+ first time heat!!!
