I bought a Blackberry Storm from David. The item was shipped but arrived broken. Fedex then shipped it back to David and he was responsible for obtaining the insurance and refunding me, or replacing the Storm. Communication was great throughout this process until one day, I couldn\'t get a hold of him. I have tried every forum, every email, and every phone number I have for him but he has not responded to anything for 2+ months.

Communication was very good prior to the sale. Laptop was shipped FedEx Express Saver after he took an extra day or two to ship. It came packaged well and in good working order, restored to the factory settings. HOWEVER, he had offered and also posted in his FS thread on [H] that he was including an additional 320GB 5400rpm 2.5\" hard drive, but it was missing from the package. After PMing him on AT and waiting a few days, he did respond saying he would send it, but that was already two weeks ago and I have not received the drive.

I will be happy to change this rating to a Positive once the deal is finished as promised, but until then, I recommend you get your item(s) before paying this trader.
