Purchased a ViaAqua Pump. It was brand new as stated, but it was sent in the retial packing. There was no extra packing, and when I recieved the item, pieces were ratteling around inside. The seller did not bother to provide proper packing.

This is his response to my messgae to him about the packing;

\"I just grabbed the item as it was and shipped it. Pumps aren\'t fragile...

The thing comes with a bigillion accessories, which is what was rattling....\"

He is lucky that the pump arived working, I am not happy with the packing at all. His lack of carring is what bothers me the most.
