Seller shipped first. Got packaged and UPS dinged it up pretty good. Luckily it was mostly just a few dings on the case. DVD drive did have issues, seller was willing to work with me on getting another. Since i had an extra one laying around, wasn\'t a big deal. Great trader to deal with, PC was a little dusty inside, made a note to seller for future ref. {:O)
