I paid via Paypal $350 on 2/16/09 and got email back from the seller that night that he would ship USPS Priority and he asked if I prefer sig conf. or not and no word since. I\'ve called (ans maching only), texted, and sent emails with no answers. I filed a Paypal dispute this week against this person. Do not do any trades with this guy...he\'s a scammer!
FWIW he also has accounts on Hardforums and NotebookReview under the same or very similar account name.

I thought the ipod was working. Well it was working last time i checked. Turns out the hard drive turned bad. I refunded his money. GREAT person to deal wiht. Def would trade will again. Sorry about the unit not working
