The LCD arrived DOA, but he was very nice communicating with me throughout the UPS damage claims process and refunded my money after they owned up to damaging the monitor in shipping. Overall I am quite satisfied with him as being an honest trader who will make sure the deal works out even when unforeseen things occur.
