Gave me an Asus P6T instead of the Asus P6T Deluxe that he said he was selling me. He agreed to refund me $25, but it has been over a month now and he still has not done so. Has blocked my pm's and ignores all my attempts to contact him.

This douche has no interest in solving a problem, instead he'd rather whine and complain. He knowingly bought a dead motherboard, which I arranged to have RMA'd, when he no longer wanted to RMA, I offered a refund. He apparently doesn't want that either. Whining will get you nowhere in life, in the future try not to be such a loser.
