I received the water blocks, the back plates in a very carefully packed box. In addition, all the screw for each (we\'re talking ~75 screws and pieces in total) were carefully bagged, and he included the necessary fittings for inter-block connections. Also included were some alternate fittings that might help me. In addition, he helped me find other compatible hardware. This was a bonus 40$ of hardware (nice fittings) and key information that wouldn\'t be available had I bought this new. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks!!!!
