    Quick ship, good communications. Everything arrived in good working order (lucky).
    However shipping a 2.5" bare hard drive in a bubble envelop/mailer without any other padding is risky.
    Next time try to use better/safer packaging. Especially since it was coming from Canada to USA and has to go through Customs. A small cardboard box would have been safer.
