First of all, let me say that my FS/T thread was more of a garage/old-stuff clear out that was largely "AS-IS." With that being said, I promised a test of all parts before I shipped them out. I had agreed upon a specific bundle with neural0, but it turned out one of my combos had magically died in transportation from my home 35 miles away (wth?). neural0 was extremely flexible, and we were able to make something work. Shipped before Halloween, but took several weeks to travel from central IL to Chicago via USPS... The envelope was presumed lost simply because I mailed a card on the same day to my sister that was never received.

I refunded neural the paypal and wrote off the screws as a loss. Throughout the whole time Neural had GREAT communication and kept me up to date.

After I refunded, Neural had the honesty to let me know that the screws arrived and offered to send payment back, which I am considering optional, haha.
