We came to an agreement on a shipped price using 1st class mail through PM on the forums. I sent paypal and he shipped it out using priority mail. After the fact, he asked for additional funds to cover the "additional shipping" cost and I declined. Overall it was a good transaction but he should look into shipping costs before agreeing to a deal. He should also ship using the agreed upon method and if another method is used, he shouldn't expect the buyer to just pay the extra cost.
