Wow is all I can say. Great seller. Had no heatware, but the package came and the monitors were in brand new condition. Not one flaw, dead pixel, or scratch. Packaged both monitors well, and even sent me the cables seperately because he was scared I didn't have them. Texted me the tracking number and kept me updated with warranty info. Would LOVE to do business again! Don't shy away from this guy since his heatware is low. He is 100% genuine!
