Upon arrival, he could not get the drive to format--even though it was well-packaged, I assume that something got knocked around in shipment (dang USPS). He was very helpful to work with, and volunteered to do the RMA work himself (drive still had 2 years on its warranty). I sent him back some money paypal to make it worth his time and effort. Theo was superb to work with--excellent speed and communication skills, and I would deal withhim again without hesitation.

I am leaving a positive rating, but making note of discrepencies in this sale. Two of the systems were sold as not 'PASSING BIOS', with floppies, RAM, and Hard Drives. One failed to power on at all, the other was missing the 24MB RAM and the Hard Drive. His first response was they were there when he shipped them.

I asked whether he wanted to stick to that story, and he grudgingly asked what he could do, letting me know that he had no more SIMMS or small HD's. I wanted nothing, but his realization that this kind of thing should not happen.
I've not opened the dead one yet, but I expect more of the same.
All other parts of the transaction went smooth, the third of the systems is the one I really wanted, and it worked as advertised.
