We agreed on a deal for unopened, Office XP Pro.
The software arrived but was not unopened. I contacted Sean and he apologized for the miscommunication and offered to refund some of my money or take it back and he'd pay shipping. He also restated to me that it had never been installed. We needed the software and Sean agreed that we should install it. We installed it and activated it over the phone, all was good.
Sean did everything to make this a good deal and was easy to work with. Good communication otherwise and I would trade with him again.
