Trade originally started in March. Dave sent me Gigabyte mobo. Mobo didn't work. Dave then sent me another mobo; DOA as well (both from Newegg BTW). 4 months later, after countless hours of frustration on both sides, Dave offered to ourchase the HDD at the orignal asking price. I really can't say how well Dave handled the situation. A+ trader, and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE.
