Bought the drive from Aaron and he provided a Priority Mail Tracking number as soon as we concluded the deal and shipped the next morning. The drive arrived two days later and was well-packaged, however instead of a 20G it was a 10G model of the same series. As soon as I contacted Aaron--he responds promptly and thoroughly--he immediately said the mistake was his, told me to keep the 10G Fujitsu and sent me a 20G Maxtor ATA133 instead, again promptly shipped and delivered. What more can I say about a top-notch trader?
