He is definately on my do not trade list, and I hope he is on yours as well. Paid on 1/17, and was promised shipping by 1/19. Figured he became busy and gave him over a week for ANY response. Finally contacted him on 1/25 and received a response by 1/28. Same song and dance of it already being shipped and will need a day or so to get shipping information. That turned into several days. He then said his \"friend\" shipped it. By this time the graphics card reduced in price at Newegg, and NO benefit of buying used. After 21 days of this crap I contacted PayPal dispute, contacted the Anandtech moderator, AND contacted his local police department. Suddenly the shipping information shows up. Ship date 2/7. By recommendation of the AT moderator I am giving him a neutral, but I am never trading with him again. If you get burned by him, I and the AT moderator has all his local information and the police department phone number and contact in the PD.
