Don's a helluva guy and probably the most cooperative and patient person anyone could ever hope to trade with. He's fair and considerate to boot. All rare qualities these days ;)

At one point our transaction hit a shipping snag (I ordered my trade item from an eBay seller and it was NOT shipped to Don as requested). However, Don was calm, cool and understanding during the entire ordeal. Best of all, he trusted me to take care of the situation. Amazing considering my lack of Heat feedback and the fact that this was our first transaction =)

That said, IMO Don's the standard to which all traders will be measured and there's no doubt that he'll be getting more of my business. Thanks again!
