    A pleasure to deal with. Fast & clear communication.

    Unfortunately, shipping wasn't fast & clear. It took 28 days (4x longer than anticipated, I've sent stuff to the UK before) for the caps to reach STRoN. Because of the relatively low value of the caps, it was shipped without tracking.

    After the 3rd week, we both gave up and a refund was issued. 8 days later, the caps showed up! STRoN immediately sent me a confirmation, and a $22 gift through PayPal.
