He communicated effectively whenever I needed him to, His packaging was over the top it was heavily packed which I am happy he did with a huge fragile on the box, this wasn't his first time shipping an item. He went beyond and expedited the shipping for me at no additional cost however due to things out of both of our control the package was delayed in transit from USPS.
