Package arrived on time and the item was packed very well; the back I/O shield wasn't in the box and the seller couldn't find it, but he has been very accommodating in attempting to find it and offering to reimburse me for the cost of ordering a replacement from ASRock. Otherwise, the motherboard works great and was a great deal.
