    Purchased a laptop computer. Seller included a NIC and extra battery to offset some negligible cosmetic blemishes.

    Seller forgot to include the NIC in original shipment, but shipped at his cost with original OEM software and manual not originally discussed. Good to deal with, easy communication, would definitely deal with him again.
