If you're a new buyer and you freak out easily about people taking a while to respond just remember we're all human and have our own lives. He(GlassSmith) did a wonderful job of getting back to me and it was shipped within the promised time zone. Is a great guy to do business with overall and product came as promised, with all accessories and in its in original box. So far after testing out the packet it also came in perfect working condition as promised (just have to test out the usb 3.0 ports and see if they work).
