Communication was great. Seller provided a USPS tracking number. The problem was the post office lost the parcel and never checked it in. Seller refunded me without an issue on the 28th of February. Found out the Seller refunded before he could make an insurance claim because the package was in a pending status and they would not issue the claim. Appreciate the honesty and the smooth transaction (monetarily) even though the card was not delivered. Would do business with again due to Seller's integrity.
