Communication is phenomenal. Full disclosure (with close up pics) of minimal damage was given of a tiny scratch on the back of the board. A price was agreed upon and submitted via paypal at around 8pm. The next morning I found that I received an email around 9:30 (same night) stating the package was in route. I also received numerous PM's with links to installation manuals, spec sheets etc.. Packaging was perfect. Today I found the time to boot it up and was not surprised at all to see it come to life without a single glitch. I even received an extra gift. A full cover water block for the board!!!
