With the exception of a tiny amount of dust, the card looked brand new. Shipped with all original materials including a covering on the pci-e contact. Darkstar757 shipped in the timeframe he committed to and was patient on my receipt of the card ( I wasn't able to install it for a day or 2.) Would absolutely purchase from again.
