Brian was very patient with the payment, it took a while since I was buying it for my mother & father. Brian shipped the laptop quickly, packaged very well, and arrived in excellent condition. He also included a flat cable for the built in modem. Brian, you're a definite asset to the Agora, and I would definitly buy from you again.
