Communication was excellent. Gillbot walked me through the process of buying off the forum as this was my first time. Once the money order was received he drove 1 hour round trip to ship the equipment monday morning when they opened which lead to the items arriving the next day. Everything arrived well packed in bubble wrap and anti static bags. Would defiantly buy from again without hesitation.
