Seller is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a drive that ended up being bad after running through my typical validation (SMART short+long, Bad blocks destructive, SMART long) and when I contacted the seller they made things easy. I ended up ordering another drive and then sending mine back to them for an exchange. I have been buying and selling stuff on eBay for years and this was BY FAR the smoothest transaction I have ever done. I want to buy the rest of the drives the seller has but 1) I was just laid off 2) One spare should be okay. Seller even reimbursed me for my return shipping on the bad hard drive. They were sold as new and they were still sealed in the original antistatic bag.

I cannot recommend enough.
