Bought a BFG 7800gs agp video card

Communication before sale was good. he shipped the bare card in a padded envelope. card arrived doa.
was lucky enough to get it rma\'d through bfg. i think he knows now to not ship electronics of any kind in a padded envelope. after sale comm. was not so great. here is a post about this situation http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1299193
despite the problem i dont think i would hesitate to buyy from him again.
he did appoligize afterwards for all the trouble.
