I worked out a agree ment with this guy, scaned a money order, sent it, he packed and shipped his product with a tracking number for me, the item was recived in VERY good shape, packing was done extreamly well. unfortuntly the item didnt work for me. and he had refunded my full amount withing 4 days. very fast, and extreamly helpful for being my first item i had bought on the internet.

buyer payed promptly and i then shipped vidcard via UPS and made mistake of letting UPS pack the video card ..card was recieved doa (still waiting for UPS's insurance to kick in)Buyer was understanding of situation .. Sent buyer a 9800np to replace the damaged 9700 pro.
