Communication was fine until I paid him my money, and he then disappeared off the face of the earth for two weeks. During this time period, he never replied to my e-mails, until I e-mailed him a message detailing how I had spoken with the Jacksonville Police Department, which he replied to in about 30 minutes. Packaging wasn't that great, but it made it unscathed. I would not do business with Ortie again.
