He's a first timer so I took a chance on a cross-trade,he was honest,and shipped when he said he would.Items worked,packaging could have have been better,but I've seen worse.Communication was good.Giving a neutral,based on packaging only.I'm sure he'll package better next time.Can't stress enough how important packaging is.
