Very flexible & courteous seller. This sale was rather unconventional in so far as another buyer (\'Talz\') beat me to one of the drives and so with Charles\' consent I contacted Talz with an offer (which he graciously accepted) to buy him out of the sale so that I could take the pair.
It worked out great, Charles sent my drives a few days later and they arrived in the UK just 7 days later in packaging that would shame many online stores. Highly recommended - would not hesitate to buy from again.
