Well, I asked if the card was modded in any way before purchasing and was told "no." I received the card and found volt mods on the back and freaked out. Steve assured me he purchased it this way and never really thought about it. I'm not going to say whether that is the truth or not, I'm just happy it works and Steve was decent enough to call me when I left him my cell number.
