Gerry sold me a processor and sound card on the Ars Agora. He named a fair price, shipped quickly and kept in contact the whole time. A class act, and someone from whom I would buy again - particular thanks for the great chip!

Great sale and communication. The packaging and protection in the box was so good you would have thought it was store-bought. Great to deal with!

This was a horror story of a deal which Brent handled fantastically. After he agreed a very competitive price, not only did I not read his instructions correctly and Paypal'd a dead account, but Canadian customs then wouldn't let the motherboard through AND damaged the packing when returning it to Brent. Despite all this he offered me a full refund (I split the shipping costs as a consolation) and kept in touch througout.
