i think this heatware is well deserved. I got the fan without a hitch, but the lead wires snapped off after only a few hours of use. He offered to refund my money, but sent me paypal before I could mail the fan back. He even told me to keep the fan anyway. He's a great guy and VERY easy to communicate with.
