PSU defects: Stripped case screw, replacement fan wires soldered but uninsulated and shorting, fan installed backward, 40% of drive contact sockets butchered beyond useability during an ugly sleeving job and jammed back into housings, one wire to MB severed, soldered together, and left uninsulated.
