Clear on what he wanted, quick responses, basicly everything I could hope for in a sale. In the end, the sale didn't go through, and he not only was honest about returning the product (in the original box and packing material, too!) but shipped it FedEx express out of his own pocket to appoligize! I am amazed at how nice a guy he is!
