The transaction was smooth, and I trusted the guy since he is a long standing member of the community. Unfortunatly when he sent me a money order it took about 3 weeks to get in the mail. I did notice the money order was dated the day after we finished the sale, so I don't really hold him accountable for the mail problem...at least it wasn't lost. I would definitly deal with him again.
