We ran into a little trouble as the remote failed shortly after it arrived in Canada. The LCD and back light assembly went bad. Saint was very patient to send the remote back to me and wait while I RMA?ÇÖd it back to HTM. In conclusion, Saint received a NEW remote and all is good! A very trustworthy person!!!
