Bought two Perc 5/i raid controllers from him. One of them was DOA.

We agreed that i send the broken card back and when he receives and agrees it's a DOA he will refund me the value of one controller (100USD).
The card was sent back 28th of august and he never neither said he received the card, replied to my PMs/Emails or returned the money.

So he owes me money and darn good explanation why he haven't contacted me for 2 months?!

User never shipped these, the first time I asked he said he forgot and would ship them. The 2nd time I got no response at all.

I paid him with paypal as a gift since he had good feedback and it was a freebie, needless to say I learned a lesson.

I have been doing business on the internet forums for a long time, and I have never had someone commit to buy / trade stuff and then just stop responding. Several PMs were not returned, and he even had the feedback I left him on the forum removed. Shady user if you ask me.
