AMD San Diego 4000+ cpu. IHS removed but should be included. Paid 20$ xtra for shipment

Bought 25.11.05. Item arrived damaged in an envelope 10.01.06.
CPU had dented pins, was full of dirt and IHS not included.
Returned to Perc with a promise of a refund that he now says he won\'t give me.
Response from Percwhen i recieved the cpu back from buyer there was nothing wrong with the cpu it was in working condition. after thinking about it for a while i decided that i would just refund the money and move on...January 31, 2006
