Since I am new at selling on Anandtech, I was more than willing to ship all items first to those with good heat. Doug came through and offered to buy it. I sent the following day and Doug recieved it within a few days and promptly mailed payment back to me. Very good person to conduct business with and I would be honored to do so again!
