Buyer insisted upon paying only after he recieved the item. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and it went smoothly - he paid upon reciept. Well, actually he didn\'t pay immediately because of cash flow problems. He did pay a week later - the day we agreed upon - and was very communicative throughout the entire process. A stand-up guy.

His uncle pays you via paypal, ship to his uncle in California -- and you're done. His uncle then ships to vietnam on his own. It's as if you were dealing with someone in the US.
