I have purchased a Sony Ericson w810 and let me just say it put all my fears about buying off of RFD to rest. THere was initially a problem with the phone that was brought to me (battery cover got stuck) and i was given a loaner of the same model for use while the brand new phone got fixed. One week later I expected to get the same phone back with the sticky battery cover but instead i was brought ANOTHER new phone. This Guy is a great seller and makes customer satisfation
