my xbox arrived there with a jacked up box. something went wrong with the mod and i told him he can just send it back to me with the $40 i gave him and he said it was fine and fixed it himself. i then received his Cingular 8125 in perfect condition with accessories and i have no complaints with this user. excellent trader =]
