Item was great value (device plus a few extras), Mark was very responsive to all inquiries, worked with me on the shipping instructions. Item was packed carefully, arrived timely and in good condition. Was basically in mint condition as described, only a few scuffs on the clear section of the keyboard, which are common from use of this device.
