Very understanding when I accidently had the front case headers connected to the wrong onboard header (USB vs Firewire). Excellent communication and would recommend trader.

Fast payment and as noted I swapped out cases and plugged in the front Firewire Header to the USB vs USB to USB. I have done this one time in the past and walked him through connecting the right cable (sorry about that). Would recommend trader.
